About Savalera

I’m Márk Takács, I founded Savalera Kft. in 2013 as a one-person, family-owned business. I provide consultancy services, conduct AI research, and engage actively in the NFT space.

My background is in leading strategic transformation programs for enterprise customers. For over two decades, I’ve helped businesses adopt new technologies and modernize operations at scale. Today, I continue to lead programs as a program director, mainly in the telecommunications sector.

I started Savalera to create a platform for research and creative initiatives—bringing my own vision to life. Over time, my focus has shifted from traditional program management toward AI projects and applying AI research to real-world challenges.

AI has been a core interest of mine for 30 years. Between 1995 and 1998, I conducted AI research at Pannon University and wrote my thesis on a natural language-based intelligent search system in collaboration with fellow researchers.

After graduating, I built a consulting career (Accenture, Wipro, and later, Savalera), working with leading clients across multiple industries. With the recent acceleration in AI research and mainstream adoption, I’ve decided to return to my passion and bring together my expertise in AI and large-scale transformation under one roof.

What I Do

To make this vision a reality, I focus on three key areas:

  • Savalera Agentic Lab – established in February 2025, my internal research lab explores agentic workflows, agent evaluation, ethics, and security. Read the manifesto or check out the project docs.
  • Consulting Services – I work with businesses and academia to build and evaluate agentic solutions.
  • Program and Project Management – I help organizations manage AI-driven initiatives.
