Work

We lead and deliver strategic transformation programs, with a focus on building the technology and operating models required to make AI work in practice.

We design and implement agent-based applications, using Arca as an accelerator, to integrate AI directly into user workflows supporting AI use-cases and enabling custom agent apps.

Research

Our research focuses on how AI systems behave in real operating environments — including reliability, failure modes, and long-running agent interactions.

We also study how teams work with AI in practice, including decision-making, leadership dynamics, and the conditions required for safe and effective human–AI collaboration.

Founder

Savalera was founded in 2014 by Mark Takács. Mark has over 25 years of experience working with large enterprises across telecommunications, media, finance, and energy, leading transformation programs and building the systems behind them.

His work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution; collaborating all across client organizations to achieve results.

Savalera develops its own accelerator products, including Arca, used within engagements to shorten time to results and improve delivery quality.

We also invest in ongoing AI research, with a focus on making human–AI collaboration reliable and safe in operating environments.

Engagements are founder-led, combining hands-on delivery with a small, trusted network of specialists, scaled to the needs of each assignment.
